I spent hundreds of dollars on this overpriced place and waited several months to see if I could get passed the 0% coral status and still am on one level of coral status. Even when u do get to the silver its only a 5% discount. It's been almost a year and still haven't gotten any discount and when I try to get help or contact someone it gives me an error message. This is a terrible app and night owl shops are borderline criminal what there doing, would not recommend.

I'm having trouble signing in? I've tried everything I can, even reinstalled it. This started happening when it asked for Bluetooth once when I opened the app, I accidentally tapped the no instead of yes, and haven't been able to open the prize thing, member offers, or the member cards. I've since tried to logout and back in, but it now says "server error please try again later". L Please find out what's wrong.

Hi Amy, sorry to hear of this experience. Please give us another go - we have made ALOT of improvements to make sure the app is more user friendly

Downloaded after seeing an ad on Facebook. Couldn't even create an account. SMS gets sent and I input verification code for me to then be stuck on an infinite spinning wheel of death. Gave it a couple weeks and still hasn't been fixed. Now deleted. Edit: Responding to the developers response 13/1/21. Now the registration process is stuck at verifying email. Every time the email comes through it says "sorry this link is expired" even after resending new verification emails.
