Well it would have been fine if it didnt just lock itself for no reason and not be able to unlock due to only during business hours. Biggest waste of time. Was hoping to use it but uninstalling as soon as i review it.

Deplorable simply deplorable. Honestly the worst app Optus has ever made. Technical support is non existent. It worked for a week then gave me an error code C1221 that no one could fix.. I got handed over from department to department and told I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Your staff are useless and have zero knowledge of this app.
Really liking the new P2P feature. I can transfer money to my kids and friends instantly! No fees too.

The app is great. The support to rectify a simple problem of resetting the login 4 digit code seems near impossible. I tried 3 times over the phone and on the third try they hung up on me. All I wanted was to to reset the code and start using the app. How hard is that!?
