one of the most unorganized company ever, i placed my order in their website and i have to chat to them every time to remind them i have not received this and that. i dont have plans with them i can cancel anytime imagine if i placed the order in contract i would regret immediately. i would not recommend them.
Track nbn order? This is just ridiculous, upon installing this app it shows a page to track your nbn order and that's as far as it gets you. As a new customer, I expected better, no different to the other one really. Update fixed nothing, great job.
Prepaid member for quiet along time has done its justice after being on a plan not so well.. Only issues with topping up via app by card is when the system is down we have a problem no means to get to a shop or servo we are without credit till system is up and running...
Over time this app has become increasingly unfriendly to use. The ability to check our bill has resulted in an error message for about 6 months now, maybe more. When is this going to be fixed? Update: the updated app version is working perfectly. Thanks for sorting out the glitches.
Works OK, but quite flaky for a big corporation. Data breakdown is non functioning. They need to spend less energy on the 'for you' tab, which is nonessential, and nail the 'service' tab.
The new update and look is good but it seems to have come at the cost of some functionality. This update has the widget not working or updating, random force closes where the pop up comes up randomly pretty often and crashes all the time. Nail the basics before going for other stuff.
