To totally useless app it's a total joke. Chat doesn't work. No support. Now can't access a single thing inc bills or data usage. FIX ASAP OPTUS YOU PATHETIC COMPANY
The new version crashes on opening. Uninstalled and now can't complete the reinstall "the has been an error. Try again at a later time". Very frustrating. The usage balance was a great feature. Reissue the roll back to a WORKING version!!!
Not sure what these idiots are thinking about updating an app that was working. I can't see my international component anymore I got on chat and some moron told me to reinstall the app. When you go to their page to do that it downgrades you from 4.13 to 4.12 then you have to do an upgrade to get back to where you were with your original app that doesn't bloody work. Did anyone beta test this up or do you just pull it out of your useless butts and throat at us and hope for the best. As you may have gathered not impressed fix it Optus I don't want this to end up being like bloody Vodafone and the other idiots that can't get anything right.
Can't add Optus travel packs or do anything on the app anymore. Used to work but now nothing works. Really annoying been like this for a quite a few months now.
Overbloated (I just needed the data widget). The thing that is the most frustrating is that after update the app forgets that it was installed and asks to be configured again. Moreover, it does not work on dual SIM phones (you need to disable non-Optus SIM in order to complete the initial setup).
After not being able to access my billing for a couple months now I see there is an update. Only to be let down because you haven't fixed the problem. Instead you've added stupid lil things that no cares about. Fix the issue first then add the extras
• Updated menu options at the bottom of the screen
• New ‘For You’ page with the latest offers and entertainment specifically for you
• Turn on/off paperless billing, save $2.20 when you switch to email bills (for selected customers)
• Block or allow third party content providers to charge your bill by turning on/off content services
