Still cannot access billing (7/01/18). Still cannot access billing (6/12/17). Still cannot access billing (1/11/17). Have not been able to see or pay my bills through the app for around 2 months due to "A system error has occurred. Please try again at a later time." or similar messages. Works well enough for seeing usage and offers. (5/10/17)
one of the most unorganized company ever, i placed my order in their website and i have to chat to them every time to remind them i have not received this and that. i dont have plans with them i can cancel anytime imagine if i placed the order in contract i would regret immediately. i would not recommend them.
Track nbn order? This is just ridiculous, upon installing this app it shows a page to track your nbn order and that's as far as it gets you. As a new customer, I expected better, no different to the other one really. Update fixed nothing, great job.
Works OK, but quite flaky for a big corporation. Data breakdown is non functioning. They need to spend less energy on the 'for you' tab, which is nonessential, and nail the 'service' tab.
My data breakdown constantly shows 0% of 0 MB. Yes I have tried uninstalling the app, restarting my phone and reinstalling multiple times. It was fixed once through online chat and then broken again. The next fix I was promised never happened and the follow ups didn't help
I was just about to delete this app but then I saw the new update. It seems to be the way it was before the last update. The last update was absolutely horrible. I will add 5 stars back when I've explored the app and had it for abit. The billing part is back and seems to be working.
Had this app now for about 2 years- there's always some kind of error within the app every time I try to pay the bills which leaves me with more fines added to my bill by the time it actually decided to connect with the server. Despite it being auto updates every time it needs to be- something needs to change ASAP other wise I'm going to change over to a new provider. Waste of my time and money but since I'm locked into a contract which was not specified when I purchased the phone with the plan I now have to pay it off. Cheers for being a terrible mobile phone service. ! 😊
