Remote access Takes a million years for the control app to actually process. I could go to the shops, buy new batteries get back and use the normal remote before the volume even turns up.
Takes a million years to get into app The asp had this 'Download data' screen that runs on every launch. It's so slow that my phone screen even turns off. Why can't the stupid app down load data in the back ground?
Useless for Android power users I can understand that you want to protect content from copyright infringement. However, Cyanogen OS is very popular and needs to be supported. My phone's root access is turned off and I still can't use the app. Surely you can let me use the app to view the guide and setup recordings, even watch movie trailers, without all the channels if your worried about copyright.
Sigh You've got to be kidding me. Considering how long many of us had to wait for this app to work properly, you now don't allow devices with root to work at all? You already allow us to record on the box itself, but you introduce copyright restrictions? So, even if the latest update DID work, unlike so many before it, I can't find out at all. I've been with Optus for many years, and this is by far your poorest performance to date. Terrible service.
It's ok It does the basic things its suppose to do. Hopefully updates will improve the app in the future.
Please update app! The app is ok but I am paying $20/month for the added Pinoy pack channels, and I can't even view it via the app? You gotta be kidding me. I can't even view the recordings on the app too. Considering for every movies there are, there are coresponding charges so can you please do something about these concerns? Thank you.
