Ratings and reviews

Can't take screenshots anymore. I regularly take screenshots of payments I've made as a confirmation to send to whomever I pay money to. This is a useful way to keep track of payments, however you recently disabled that functionality in the app and make it harder for me now to keep track of payments. Please re enable that.

For the the past eight years, OFX has been convenient and safe. There are very nice people working there. I've had many years using them, and highly recommend them !! Here's an update.... they're still the best !! Here's another...I still highly recommend them to everyone who cares to listen. And...I've screwed up several times, but when I called for help I got it...every time! Still my favorite, I'm back in Thailand, still OFXing funds

A simple and cheap way to transfer money abroad. The rates are competitive (like 2 or 3% less than banks or even travelex) and the app is fairly simple to learn and use. Typically transactions between the uk, Europe and Australia are within 1 working day. Their support is second to none. To those complaining about the id requirements, it's international law you need to complain about. I've found it relatively simple to comply. Rip-off banks can get stuffed! Update: so fast and efficient. ❤️
