Ratings and reviews

This review is for the app, NOT for the service. OFX service is quite excellent, but as for the app, well it's nearly perfect. First, it feels solid, secure and professional, like it should when dealing with a financial service. The secure fingerprint lock is great, the 2 step is as well but honestly, it's overkill to the point of annoying. If you simply jump to another app and back, you have to reverify by text message. Allowing a little more user control over that would be welcoming.

AVOID! The worst money application app I've ever experienced. Took more than 2 weeks to send money abroad to myself. Customer service was non-existent often waiting for more then 30 minutes for someone to pick up and when they did they always said they couldn't do anything or give me any information about my transfer. I will never use this app again and urge everyone to ignore the bought reviews and avoid.

Very intuitive and easy to use. I've been using it for all of my business transactions and it works great. I've only had a hiccough once and it was cleared within an hour or so of reporting it.
