About this app

Users can pay for parking directly from their phone without the need to visit a parking machine or display a ticket. There are maps where you can find the location and price of parking.

First register with your email address, phone number, vehicle number plate and credit card. Then you are good to start parking. Simply enter the Area ID number found on signs and stickers on machines, and the vehicle number plate into the app and then start your session. When you get back to your car you can stop your session and only pay for the time you have used. You can set a fixed time period if you prefer and reminders are also optional. The parking cost is charged directly to your credit card and there are no transaction fees. There can be multiple vehicles and users on one account.

I have 2 phones, a work phone (iphone) and a personal phone (android). This app is equally garbage and unusable on both devices. It doesn't even load on the iPhone, just comes up with an "Oops! Connection failed.." message. On android I cant get it to change the parking vehicle, it's still set on a vehicle I had 4 gears ago. I've updated it on the browser (the vehicle from 4 years ago has been deleted on the browser), but go into the app and thats the only available. Complete waste of time.

It's useful except I do not like the way it automatically sets to maximum parking time and is very tricky to scroll to the actual duration I want. But great to be cash free.

Change to 1 star after the latest update: the app keeps sending out notification every second to my android once a parking session starts Not sure if the team has made any basic test -- I can never update my payment method for more than a week. It happened quite a few days already even on my few friend's AT park app The only response all of us could always get is the same error pop-up that "Payment express cannot be reached". Seems like an easy to fix but annoying integration bug
