About this app

Users can pay for parking directly from their phone without the need to visit a parking machine or display a ticket. There are maps where you can find the location and price of parking.

First register with your email address, phone number, vehicle number plate and credit card. Then you are good to start parking. Simply enter the Area ID number found on signs and stickers on machines, and the vehicle number plate into the app and then start your session. When you get back to your car you can stop your session and only pay for the time you have used. You can set a fixed time period if you prefer and reminders are also optional. The parking cost is charged directly to your credit card and there are no transaction fees. There can be multiple vehicles and users on one account.

I had a frustrating experience with registration/login due to various error messages, including failed connection and email already in use. Although I was able to register on the website, I couldn't log in through the mobile app. I received the same error about email already in use, but the purpose was to use the same ATHOP login email so this was confusing. I've uninstalled the app as it's not usable. Can you test the app with existing ATHOP account users and improve the UX/UI?

Total waste of time. No matter how many times and ways I tried, wouldn't let me start a parking session using a rental vehicle I'd added. Pretty fundamental functionality. Tried many things including deleting and reinstating the vehicle but it remained unselectable, effectively invisible except that it correctly refused to let it be added twice, ie it clearly knew it was there. Much, much, much easier to use the payment kiosk. Who designed and, above all, failed to test this rubbish?

Absolutely useless app! Requires you to sign in but does not let you update car registration and takes you in a loop of login screen and the error page of 'failure to login'. Tried going to the browser website to login under account name but can't change anything there either. Wasted a good 30min trying to set up a new account to no avail. I can't even delete the accounts since I absolutely do not want to use this app or have it retain my information!!
