Ratings and reviews

Using Flip 5G. It asks me to choose 3 topics of interest, then shows no options except NEXT. If I click NEXT it tells me I haven't chosen 3 topics. Waste of time. Edit: thank you for your response. I will not be contacting anyone else. If you want to take it further, you may forward my review to the relevant department and provide an update on their solution. I would have expected that to be the FIRST thing you did.

This app is unusable. It forces you to choose some things to listen to before you can finish signing up. When you do get to search for what you actually want, it just keeps throwing back an error message 'something went wrong. Please try again later.'

One of the worst radio apps I've used. stops playing randomly, and when you have it connected via Android auto it doesn't shut down when you leave the car, and next time you open the phone you get music blaring at you, which can be pretty inappropriate in cerain environments. Plus no option for streaming. With these issues I'll be switching back to alternatives.
