The app appears to be getting less and less useful over time. Flight status and delayed departure times are not shown. Departure and arrival gates used to be shown. Departure gate is on the boarding pass, but sometimes does not appear on the boarding pass until about 30 minutes before departure - it's available well before that on the monitors. Flights cancelled by QANTAS do appear, but using "Manage my booking" does not work - clicking on accept/change or login does nothing.

I can't access green tier, my points balance hasn't been updated in over 4 months, can't check if I have received all my earned points, as I did't keep a record of points earned, relied on the app for that, I do keep a record now, no trip offers, it says time and again, ( something went wrong) and (we appear to be having technical issues) please try again, how long do you need to fix technical issues, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no joy there, the app used to be great, please fix, Bruce

I tried to book a ticket via the Qantas app. The app charged me, twice. But did not issue a ticket. I called Qantas, but they had no record of my ticket order. In the meantime they jacked up my ticket prices for the same flight and had to sell me tickets at the new prices. Qantas call centre does offer a feedback option at the end of the call, but the sales agent did not give me that opportunity because she decided to hang up on me before transferring me to the feedback section.
