Overall the app operates as I need it to. The iPhone app is definitely a bit better though - my partner gets updates for changed/cancelled flights way earlier than me, while my app takes ages to update. The SMS comes through way earlier too. But my biggest gripe is the stupid zoom in and out buttons in the bottom left corner when changing seats or managing other things on the app. They're right over the top of the confirm button, so you can't actually hit the confirm button. Lol.

Highly Frustrating 2/10. Took several hours re-entering details over ten times to get booking. Multiple problems include; App defaults to leaving Sydney; If changing to city then resets number passengers to one; looses booking info when checking dates or email; often "flickers" and looses previous booking step; not sure how to get the "double points" - installed the app and booked QANTAS flights but no extra points . . . ? One of the worst and frustrating booking experiences I've ever had.

Hi, we apologise for any issues that you are having with the booking flow and have taken on your feedback to improve this experience. Regarding your points, you will receive them within 8 weeks after you have travelled.

They have designed it to be impossible to update your mobile phone , absolutely ridiculous. I even called, talking to the Philippines call centre, yes sir, that has been updated for you. But it wasn't !!!! Can't use Lounge passes that have to have sms, always have to use email to get login code, passes doesn't have this option. Shhhhiiiiiit. Sort it out dev team. Obvious flaw. I need to update my mobile phone, someone is constantly getting codes everytime I use that app three times a week.
