I don't think the developers use the app, because it's unwieldy. It's got some plus points but needs to be changed so that's it's quicker to use, especially when you use it a lot. Update: the app switched my bid from the train I was about to catch to one 24 hours later, which I had no inclination nor opportunity to catch. There's no function to cancel this bid, so I expect to be billed for an upgrade for a train I caught 24 hours earlier. The email helpline provided bounced back. Amateurish.

Each bid is linked to trip details you enter. As it's a live auction your participating in bids can't be cancelled. If you need to get in touch try reaching out via frg.gr/contact

This is a great idea but so frustrating using the app. Initially it just didn't work. Wouldn't hold my card details. Support eventually replird to my email after 7 hours - and told me to try the workaround that had already failed. However after deleting the accounts I'd set up and trying again I eventually got an upgrade. So in the end I'm a moderately happy customer.

Poor interface that's regularly glitchy! Platform is not as cheap as it used to be since they decided to introduce a "savings fee", the name of which is just frankly patronising (just call it a booking fee 🙄 don't tell me I have a £0 booking fee then charge me a £3 savings fee!). They also appear to have increased the hidden auction break points on routes a few times in recent months which is the shame.
