Good but could be better. I've used many other podcast apps in the past. I've stuck with this cause of reliability and somewhat ease of it. The worst part of this, is the search functionality, it'll take a while to search for a podcast. It makes me wanna switch to a different podcast app just to explore new ones. The stats are a cool thing to see and cute little facts. Search and better discover page would make this a way better app

I paid for this app and it has switched to a subscription model with no credit for my purchase. Original supporter desktop users paid only a slightly higher price than mobile users, but receive free "paid-tier" access for life. Mobile users lost access to features they previously paid for with no credit. As an infrequent podcast listener, I'd rather pay upfront than have yet another recurring subscription. I believe I paid for both versions, but can't find a record of my desktop purchase.

Finally, a good podcast app! I've been looking for one for ages. Spotify is alright, but i like to keeo music and podcasts separate. Every other app I used had a total mess of a UI, and tried so hard to push me podcasts that it thinks I would like instead of just showing me what I'm already subscribed to. Pocket Casts has your subscribed podcasts neatly displayed front and center in their own section when you open the app. Boom. They trust me to make my own decisions.

What's new

You know the drill! After a big version, there's always an ugly duckling that squashes bugs away and improves things, and here we are!

By the way, Norwegian friends, this also fixes the confusion we made with "venstre" and "gjenstår". The first is "left" as the direction, and the second is "left" as the remaining time.

And that's how you learn Norwegian by reading release notes!
