Ratings and reviews

Some nice improvements in the last few years but sadly completely overshadowed by a few horrible decisions. The last update e.g. replaced the button to rewind 15 sec from the lock screen with one to go back to the very beginning of the episode! It would also be nice to have some way to permanently filter out episodes with specific content in the title, e.g. all Episodes starting with "Repeat". The cast integration for google home does not work well at all as it always desyncs.

I've used Pocket Casts for years and have absolutely loved the experience, but this latest update is a complete trainwreck. It's ugly, hard to navigate, and has an incredibly clumsy feeling to it. I wish I could go back to the previous version. This new version is awful and makes me wish I had never paid for the app. Some features are also just...gone. The counter of unlistened episodes on the main page is gone. Playlist are a mess. No reason to use this anymore.

The app is very intuitive for usage, simple but with all needed options.But I have a huge problem when I turn the screen off. The app stops working, which is very anoying. I want to be able to listen to podcast without turning on the screen. Is there a setting where I can avoid that or is it a bug? Edit: Thank you for quick respose. Yes, that was causing the problem, works great now, changing my review to 5 stars 😊
