Ratings and reviews

Recently, it seems that streams and downloads are frequently interrupted. The app completely stops when an episode finishes until you wake the phone up again. Episodes frequently stop in the middle if they're streaming unless you download the whole episode upfront. I really like this app, but the recent update seems to have busted something that makes the experience less than ideal.

Edit Jul 19/23: Free functionality restored; at time of original review, pop up windows requesting an upgrade were hijacking my app. Original comment: One-time purchased app now captive to subscription. This abrupt change and failure to accommodate a free version...even in a transition, is chasing me away. Too many subscriptions already. Too expensive for an app simply reorganizing others' content. Too many better and less expensive options to do the same.

Very good, but could use some simple missing features. It need's a time played/remaining on the widget, a skip to next on the widget, and in the main bottom menu there should be a 'downloads' button instead of having to create one with the filters. If they fixed these I think it could be the best podcast app out there.
