Updated version is awful Unreliable app ..... tracking does not show where the cab actually is, payment through the app does not work, bookings do not always show in track booking. Thankfully the taxi arrives nearly always early even if you cannot see if an advance booking has been accepted. Suggest Silver Service should look at Comfort Delgro booking app from Singapore as it actually works
A Taxi Drivers Choice! Is Destroying This App Taxi Drivers are legislated from the NSW State transport, Typically if I was to get into a cab at a rank they are not allowed to refuse my fair unless I'm indecent, This app however allows a taxi driver to choose their fair... Western Subs to Airport I got a response in less than 5 seconds for a fair... A $20 Morning Short Fair.. it took 45mins for a Cab to be assigned.. at a time where I could see 12 Cabs on standby in my area It's not the App that's bad it's the service it's withholding.
All good here.... Have been using for while now and all is good here. A little confused here with other users experiences.
Booked Silver Sercice cab day prior. App advised 15 mins late. Asked to book any type of their cabs that was closer. Told I had to cancel 1st booking. Said I'll wait then & may have said "that's ridiculous" Went back to check status on app and the booking was cancelled. Spiteful? My last booking with you.
