Super awesome. Simple to use as an example. Complex enough if you need it. The only thing is that it crushes when I load more complex examples in the Shader. It wont generate the fractal animation,it will crash as soon as I press the play button. E.g. .Happened with the portal gun example. Anyway, super great app ;) It taught me what fractals are and that math can be awesome too.
Visions of chaos Very good port to android, amazing what this outputs on a oneplus3, I have a pc version running on dual-xenon setup, but to my surprise, speed of rendering is almost the same or feels like that. I know its hard to compare but consider it an emotional comparicion. Great port, i am enjoying it, thank you very much !!!
This is awesome For some mindless fun that is, way better than most Fractal Generators. Only for those who have high-end phones because they'll likely a have great chip set to support it.
Wow! What a fantastic app! I understand nothing about fractals other than I love them and they fascinate me. This app allows me to use the developer's know-how to make some lovely patterns, colours and shapes. P.S. just downloaded the PC version onto my computer! Amazing and mind blowing!
Cool visuals, sometimes crashes, no live wallpaper I'm looking for a zooming fractal app that offers a live wallpaper, and I haven't found one yet.
The openGL ES Shaders bring back very nostalgic memories of programming demos on my pc in my youth! Unbelievable that our handheld devices have the power of what a PC used to have in the 90s. For the fractals I'd like to see a little more user friendly interaction. Like being able to zoom while it's calculating, and not having to recalculate an area that's already calculated. Pan and zoom at the same time works be nice.
Added warning if device does not support high precision GLES shaders.
