I just signed up to Suncorp but boy does the app lack features. Looks like Suncorp need to really listen to all this feedback and update the whole app. So many features are missing. I always use apps and online to bank if it's not updated soon might as well go back to the big banks
Edit: Called suncorp as requested to do and they couldnt help with the problem. Ever since the update I have been unable to login, everytime I try I get a "Mobile banking unavailable" error. I have tried un and re installing multiple times & have tried logging in multiple times a day for over a week now with 0 change. Will be changing banks if this isnt fixed as I rely daily on the mobile app.
No fingerprint login, setup requires adding all accounts manually, can't add accounts in app.. why doesn't it detect your accounts after you've securely logged in and ask you to choose from them? Very poor user experience.
Don't ever get a home loan with this mob. Absolutely woeful customer service. Tried four times to set up payment for mortgage over phone without success. Not good enough
UPDATE: Becoming useless, endless connection drops, transfer failures and stupid unnecessary loading, getting infuriating. Original review: Needs fingerprint, NFC and branch times. Loads slow everytime having to wait to log in again instead of being greeted by the passcode as it used to do.
Give you more stars when NFC and fingerprint login is ever implement. Also Jacob from the Suncorp team, please don't replay with stock "we are looking into it". Less talk more action.
