Basic activity is great, still some functions that the app cannot do. Small issue lately with logging in - states mobile internet is unavailable, but then a second attempt is able to get it? No where near the standard of CommBank app.
App works well however it has very basic functionality, probably at the level where Westpac or Commbank apps were 7-8 years ago. Suncorp as a bank is very bureaucratic relative to other major Australian banks so either Suncorp don't care about consumer experience or some lawyers are internally hindering development of the better app justifying it with their internal processes
Everytime i try and login it tells me banking is temporarily unavailable. So frustrating
Honestly thought by now there would be a lot more functionality to match the other banks but this is still very basic. Requested NFC years ago and it's still not even an ETA for it
I can't believe there is no solid update on the status of Android Pay or Apple Pay for Suncorp bank.
