Was great but now Hi, this was working great till about a month ago on samsung 7. I can see my accounts but when i go to transactions it tells me I'm not connected. Have uninstalled and re installed today but still the same. Any advice?
Can't make any transactions Can view balances but can't transfer between accounts or pay bills, on z5 up-to-date app n phone 10/06/16 first time apps failed for me in a few years. 17/06/16 fixed app works fine
was good now bad Worked brilliantly with experia z2 on lollipop. Now with Galaxy s7 marshmallow it fails to connect, shuts down and says internet banking unavailable. Very dissapointed. Update. 22:03:2016. Downloaded the beta version with S7 bug fixes for Marshmallow. Everything ran perfectly. kudos to Suncorp for their swift proactive responce to this problem
Won't connect to internet I've only just downloaded it but it insists I have no Internet connection. So I uninstalled and downloaded again, but the same thing is happening. Samsung Galaxy S3-- maybe too old? All my other apps are just fine.
Pervious problem sorted. Thanks for your reply to previous question. Would be good to see more than one account balance without signing in. I have two accounts but only able to check one on log in screen.
So annoying Try to flick between two screens to organise a transfer ( bank detail from a sms to type into the app) but everything I type in disappears when I go between screens. How annoying
