Basic activity is great, still some functions that the app cannot do. Small issue lately with logging in - states mobile internet is unavailable, but then a second attempt is able to get it? No where near the standard of CommBank app.
App works well however it has very basic functionality, probably at the level where Westpac or Commbank apps were 7-8 years ago. Suncorp as a bank is very bureaucratic relative to other major Australian banks so either Suncorp don't care about consumer experience or some lawyers are internally hindering development of the better app justifying it with their internal processes
Used to be a solid offering but has been neglected for a while now. Other banks apps are simply better and offer way more features. Went through a period where it was unreliable but seems to have improved. Overall poor in features.
App does what it sets out to do quite well but it really needs NFC credit card abilities and fingerprint scanning to become current again. It is kind of lame at this point. I have been told "soon" by multiple people or that they are updating their core systems but it is obviously just a way to avoid giving any projection on when it might happen. This is a real convenience that Suncorp could give to their customers that most would use almost every day.
The app is awesome (and always has been), I'm just having one small issue: after completing a transfer between accounts, the app freezes on a blank screen with a spinning circle, I have to go into the menu and select another transaction to continue. The previous version of the app did not have this problem.
Takes a loooong time to open onto the login page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changed. Still very slow.
