Terrible app. Was not able to download tickets to Google Wallet and the State Theatre had very poor wifi, so was unable to log in to Ticketek app to show ticket. Had to make mad dash to box office, which was literally up the other end from the door I was at, to get them to look my details up and write out a ticket for me. Lucky to make the show. I'm going to have to revert to printing a paper ticket in future.

This is a terrible app even worse than their website. Had to wait an hour before accessing ticket information. Then, when going to pay, the system timed out and had to start the process again. This was partially due to the seating map that didn't show where the area the seats were located. It was just a map. The irony was in choosing the best available seat option the second time l went to purchase the seats were in a better position. Unfortunately, ticketed have no desire to improve it.

***Update*** One year on and the app is still useless! Tickets available through app only but app refers to website! Pointless app. Save tickets to your mobile wallet to save you time ... Umm ... Where's the option to do that? That button in all the ads doesn't exist in the app. Sharing the tickets via e-mail also forces the recipient to create their own Ticketek account ... How about no! And don't even try to share via SMS unless you feed on negative emotions before a show
