I cant imagine why they have forced people to use a mobile app that is so buggy. Trying to share tickets is a nightmare and the link won't let you open then on a browser (unless you remove certain items in the address bar). For those having issues with multiple ticket sharing you need to share them one at a time and have them accepted the ticket. Also closed the app, clear the cache and try until you can get a prompt for approving the ticket. Once that has gone through, wait 10 minutes and retry

one can't say enough about how totally terrible the experience is on here but when you have no choice but to buy your tickets. Why on earth do I need to log in to use Google Pay?? That is a serious privacy/security concern, that's not how Google Pay works it's meant to be seamless. There is a total lack of a calendar integration. How on earth am I meant to get to my event?

I just downloaded this to book a ticket for an event. The experience was so terrible that I ended up cancelling my plans because I genuinely could not use this app to get a ticket! This app has one job and cannot even do that! I also tried their website and it was equally bad!
