Doesnt work on Android Nougat. App used to work on Marshmallow but since upgrade of my devices (both mobile and tablet) i cant log in, it says password is incorrect even though it works fine on your website. You really should test properly on latest Android os. Uninstalling until fix available.
Needs work Can only view one current policy. Tells me what options I've bought but not the level of cover.For that I need to carry the policy with me, so I may as well not have the app. Constantly pesters me with irrelevant overseas tips when I've taken out simple domestic cover. Since installing phone won't last a day.
App does not allow me to log in to check my policy. My username and password work on the website but not the app..... pretty average given how long this problem has been happening for after reading other reviews. The only purpose of this app so far is to take up space on my phone
Purchased policy, enter correct login details, can't login. EPIC FAIL FOR AN APP. Looking forward to ringing TID and hearing their excuses why it doesn't work. God help me if I actually have to make a claim with this mob.
Unable to sync the app with my account. I now have 2 new policies that don't show up in the app because I can't sync with my account. Comes up with unable to connect to server error message. Please fix and there will be a better rating review
Login fails, check user name and password, checked all good logs in on Web page not through app....... Useless heap of rubbish wasting my time. Hope I never have to make a claim if this is their service level
