Do they actually test the app before realising updates as it seems to get worse after each time. Yet another extremly high phone bill as i cannot check data usage and not always get sms messages about usage. Cannot wait for contract to finish
This app is the worst ever, have to keep re-installing just to download my unreliable bill. PATHETIC app, unfortunately good provider for rest of service. Maybe its time Vodafone spent money on a upgrade to improve App
App has got even worse. Still doesn't update without clearing cache. Now, unable to select linked sim to check usage. :( If this continues, one cannot be faulted to think that this is on purpose. So that one ends up overusing the allotted data, using up $10/gig add-ons that can't even be disabled!!? Good trick Vodafone. Only if I hadn't signed up to a one year contract.
Very disappointing app. Doesn't update data usage correctly, if at all. Consistently crashes. Doesn't even show my plan inclusions correctly. Widget almost never works either. Why bother offering an app at all?
Won't let me register at first then I can't sign in. Too much problems with this app how frustrating and it doesn't update my data automatically. Gosh please do something 😑
Could this app be any more useless. You cannot access your other services. Only your phone. It offers other plans, but if you click on a link, it says, sorry, we can't do that online. The widget does not update either. Sometimes the app opens, sometimes it doesn't.
