Poor show overall on both this app and Vodafone in general. App not allow addons page to open and the 3rd credit/debit card I yru in 3 months mysteriously fails to allow online purchases after initial use. Banks support says NO ATTEMPTS YET FROM VODAFONE TO DEBIT ACC. Well not good enough Voda. Who's lying to customers hey?
Data usage not recorded correctly. I regularly checked my data usage and at the end of the month, I still had 90 mb left. Yet Vodafone charged me 1 extra dollars WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. I received a message when my data usage reached 85 %, but none above that amount, even when I was charged 10 aud more.
Don't understand how I can sign in using my details through a browser fine but using this app my phone number is doesnt exist apparently... even if I copy and paste the same info from my web browser. This is disgraceful no wonder Ofcom blasted you last year
App doesn't update on WiFi and the widget doesn't update automatically at all. There seriously needs to be a persistent notification/widget (Minus the icon) in the notification bar like my data manager. I recommend using My Data Manager for any serious data user however it's not as accurate as the My Voda app. Use MDM and every so often cross check with My Voda.
Constant error messages about internal server error. Can't get my account details to load. Should be a pretty straight forward app to provide for a huge company like Vodafone. Hurry up and sort it out
The application is great for keeping track of usage but after you exit there is a bug and a crash occurs, happens every single time and if annoying. Have sent off the crash report many times but it's still not fixed after many months.
Navigation improvements to make finding billing, account and usage data easier and the addition of a menu item that connects with information related to upgrade eligibility.
