Vodafone Australia is nearly useless. In remote areas, you have a better chance of service with a wire and coat hanger. In country towns, it is nearly unusable, and in the suburbs of major cities, it is very poor, with two bars of relative signal strength at best from my home, and gets disconnected multiple times daily. I can't believe I'm paying top dollar for this shockingly terrible service. 🔥😡🤬

Genuinely awful service. I cancelled my phone number months ago and I assumed that I would be billed for it. After leaving the country and no longer having Vodafone service, I can't access the app or login to my account at all. I've called customer service a dozen times and have just given up. For context, that's about nearly 300 AUD they stole. And now I can't do anything but watch as it the check constantly bounces on their charges. Working overseas will put me in debt to pay it monthly.

Demands you either give it biometric data or spend 10 minutes each time trying to access the app with a very broken sms/email link system that only works 10% of the time. Both of these options are entirely unacceptable and plagued with issues, but I would rather spend 10 minutes or change providers, than use biometrics.
