A complete mess. The new login process does not work, so now I have no access to my account. It just throws up error messages no matter how many times I try to login with the details I used to set up the new login. I called Vodafone to get help and the response after being on the phone for over 30 minutes was they would raise the issue and someone would contact me.3 Days no one contact me

Why do literally none of the buttons work other than the "buy more stuff" ones? I can't even look at my account or even look/pay my bills? I luckily had my old phone that was logged in, or else I wouldn't have been able to get in because this new email log in is disappointing to put it nicely. Used to really like Vodafone, but I think it's time to move on.

Set up the new email and password and now I can't get in on the app at all. Just keep getting an error message that "something went wrong" ... Have had to resort to recharging by phone which I haven't done in forever and is way less convenient and more time consuming. Hard to believe the old clunky log in process was actually better than this one seems to be - at least I could get in using the old one
