You should be embarrassed... Well it doesn't do what it says and never runs so basically useless. I agree for a supposed tier 1 telcos this is your primary business. We have apps developed at school running better than this and it was done by 11 year olds...
The app is broken. Keeps looping and trying to load a page but crashes on my Samsung galaxy A5. Please fix the application. Just because you have a big pool of customers doesn't mean you cannot offer support to clients.
Always crashing, buggy, and half the time Vodafone has "technical issues" The app restarts when you change apps so you can't even check your sms for your new password. You'd think a big phone company would know how to make an app but this is garbage.
Useless. The call and data usage doesn't update, you have to go into the daily breakdowns and then try and estimate how much of your allowance you have used over the past few weeks
