They don't update it until 1 minute before the restoration time, then add more time. Sure they new earlier, they just can't be bothered communicating. We try helping free up their time using the app and they are too lazy to update it, time to complain and waste their time in return.
It doesn't serve any actual purpose, very disappointed, doesn't explain the reason for a power outage in your area. 3rd March 2017 had an outage for 4 hrs with no explanation. Rang Western Power and got a recorded message to say the power is out ( ummmm duh ???? ) Typical of Western Power's arrogance ! ! !
Won't let me add addresses comes up unauthorised error no wonder the app only had two star rating it deserves no stars we are always without power and it would be good to an app that works
Worked for me. My area is out due to lightning and I wanted an estimate of when it'd be back on. Entered my postcode and the app gave me one. Good job.
Complete waste of time. Must have been written by a 3 year old. Only gave it one star because no option for zero
