StressMod is designed to help you learn and practice relaxation and stress management techniques. We can develop an increased tolerance for stress by learning different ways to cope. Learning different skills, as well as thinking differently about our ability to manage, can help us feel calmer and less overwhelmed during stressful periods. There are five different exercises included within this app, as well as a helpful tool to rate how you are feeling before and after each exercise.
