Took multiple attempts to get working. Occasionally there are errors in the exercise plans for example (cardio killer) somedays it works perfectly and other days it is missing some activities so you have to scroll to the previous session to get one buddies in good working order. And the practice beep test is too quiet so the beep cannot be heard when there is a noisy background. Other than those problems the website is a great motivator and has helped me improve my fitness exponentially.

Great! I work in healthcare and recommend this app to anyone who'll listen. Turned me from push-up avoider to exceeding the ADF entry requirements. For two months, I stopped using the app. When I returned, I went back to the early settings and was delighted how much more confident and able I was than the first attempt. Stick with it - go back if you need to. A superb tool paid for by the taxpayer.

Very easy app to use. Easy to get around, and good information stored in it. The exercises are enjoyable, and you can do them at your own pace. There's a list of different exercise plans to work through. All in all, a good app to use for getting fit and healthy
