About this app

The Express Plus Centrelink mobile app makes it easy for you to manage your Centrelink information online. To use the app, you'll need to have a Centrelink online account linked to your myGov account. With Express Plus Centrelink, you can do most things you can do in your Centrelink online account, without the need to visit an office or wait on hold. Here's what you can do using the app:

• View and update your personal details, including study.
• Report your employment income.
• View and update your family income estimate and payment choices.
• Check your payments.
• Upload documents to Centrelink.
• View your Child Care Subsidy details.
• Apply for or repay an advance payment.
• Track the progress of most online claims.
• View your Centrelink letters.
• Manage your Energy Bill Relief consent.
• View and manage your Centrelink appointments by adding reminders to your personal calendar.
• View digital copies of your Centrelink concession or health care cards.

If you use a BasicsCard or if your payments are income managed, you can manage your own money to easily check your available balance and view recent transactions on your BasicsCard.

To sign in to the app, use your myGov sign in details and create a myGov PIN. You can then use your myGov PIN to sign in to the app each time you use it.

Ratings and reviews

This app is extremely poorly designed and difficult to use. When you try to report income, it opens a separate page that is not linked to your account, and the login page often fails to load properly. Most of the links are broken or unresponsive. To complete even basic tasks, you need to use a desktop computer. The mobile app and mobile website are both unreliable and not worth the effort.

horrific UX, cant even log in (goes in a loop of entering password and email address over and over again). I don't have a physical health care card so need to use this app to book dental thru the public system. I guess I can't do that. literally inaccessible and unusable

Love how half of the buttons take you to the website, don't have an app if all it is is a pathway to the website. And thanks for the $16 when for the past 2 weeks before that payment was listed as $477 but just randomly went down without explanation the day I got it when I need that money so I can get out of this stupid system built on 5 hour long phone calls, 0 communication before hand and sometimes a notice a week after a decision has been made regarding my payment
