An Australian Government mobile application that you can use to lodge an Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) application. The ETA allows eligible passport holders to travel to Australia for short-term stays for tourism or business visitor purposes. Ratings and reviews

Somewhat difficult to use. It would help if there could be more guidance on how to get a good passport scan given that you can't have glare but many passport pages have a reflective coating. I think the previous version was more straightforward though also a bit tricky.

Won't load. I installed the app, and the opening screen appears, and then the error message quote unable to load"appears asking if I want to retry. When I hit okay it simply brings me back to the same error message. I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled this app numerous times but nothing changes. I can't say this is a good app since it doesn't work, especially considering that there are new fixes and problem solved etcetera mentioned on the install page.
