The AN-ACC app enables Approved Residential Funding Assessors to conduct residential aged care funding assessments as part of scheduled visits at Commonwealth funded residential aged care facilities. The app allows assessors to capture information about functional characteristics of a client that drive the cost of care. Within the app, assessors have the ability to upload results either at the time of the assessment or, at a later date if no internet connection is available.
In order to access the app following installation, Approved Residential Funding Assessors must be employed by registered Assessment Management Organisations as an activation code will only be issued to a registered email address.
