The mobile app allows users to lodge a safety incident or near miss with the creation of a ticket, encourages discussion, collaboration and resolution of incidents with work groups, facilitates the sharing of safety messages, and once resolved, stores all tickets within a dashboard for easy reference and tracking purposes.
Businesses can customise the app by populating the company profile and downloading their logo. Once a ticket is created, a photo can be added, along with a description of the safety incident, hazard or near miss. A team is created by the administrator, with a resolver identified for each ticket. Within the app, there are three categories of users; admin, standard and resolver. Additional people can be added to the team at any time. The app increases consultation at work through the use of discussions and online chats prior to the resolution of a ticket.
