Hi, I tried to log in and the app directed me to the website to log in. It sent me a sms code, I entered it and then forced me to create a pin (that I already had done previously). Then it shows an error message stating "a problem has occurred, please try again ". Please, get this app sorted, this is ridiculous!!!

If I get another reminder about rego being due at 2am in the bloody morning ...geeesh. Is there any way to change settings on this app? Besides this annoying fault, the app is fine. Edit 6.4.24 Seriously - I thought my review was clear. Dont send rego reminders out to users at all hours of the morning. Simple.

Unable to verify / add licences. Well they were previously on there, now they're not and it seems too difficult to add them into the app without a phone call and we all know how long a phone call to Service NSW is likely to last. What's the point in being licenced in NSW if you can't add your licences to the service nsw app.
