The free Heart Foundation Walking app allows members to easily track their daily steps and encourages them to be more physically active. Sign up to start tracking steps, connect to health information and be part of the Heart Foundation Walking community.
With this app you can –
- Track your steps by connecting to Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin or Fitbit;
- See your progress on the daily and weekly leaderboards;
- Share your progress on social media;
- Participate in challenges;
- Be rewarded when you meet milestones with in-app badges during challenge periods.
Remember to sync daily if you connect with a FitBit or Garmin wearable, to ensure steps are tracking and your position is reflected accurately on the leaderboards.
