good app and convenient. but have to pay in cash

You can't say "too many cancellations" when no driver was assigned. Sometimes we have to cancel to change location as there are no drivers available. Also, this app was not working today maybe because of too many in use at the time. It won't cancel so I re installed but still.. It's looking for a driver!! Ughh And how are we supposed to lodge a complain?!

my ride was very smooth. driver was nice.....I enjoyed the ride specially the songs were amazing 👏
