How to use Avas Ride (Make sure GPS and Location Services are on):

· After you open the application, the application will automatically detect your location using pin
point accuracy and fill the pick-up location.
· 1st Click: Set destination (Either drop a pin in the map or write your destination)
· 2nd Click: Find your ride by clicking the button below
· 3rd Click: Once a taxi accepts your ride, take your time to see the driver details and book if
you are satisfied with your taxi.

· Once you book a taxi, you will be able to see where the taxi driver is and his estimated time of arrival
· You will receive a pop-up notification once the driver has arrived
· Make sure to leave a rating and a review about the experience of your ride once you have reached your
destination

Ratings and reviews

I have 500+ rides in this app. Nothing has ever improved in the app in 2 years, no ability to block drivers who try to scam you, no compensation for loss, I spent 50k on this app but never ever gonna use it again, thankfully bus is great now. Very lightly regulated, I do not recommend at all, if you want taxi, just call taxi center, it's not worth the money, 30% of drivers will make HUGE PROBLEM over paying them exactly what the app says, they want more, 30% is a big number.

App is ok for Maldives trip, but it should have invoice section too, because captain usually finished ride, and customer don't have any paper record. So payment record should be added like didi rider, emailed the invoice, so it can be claimed refunded by user too.

We’ve released a number of features. The Wallet is a built-in payment source that allows customers to pay for the ride quicker. It can be topped up with the card or the top-up codes before the trip and used to pay for the trip later. The Follow my ride feature allows a passenger to share their location during the ride with anyone they trust. The Voice Over feature allows people with visual impairments to easily use the app. The UI was also updated to make the user experience smoother.
