Good Option to buy fish Very good application to order good quality fish. The app should add the option to edit the order. Like add deduct items. change delivery time n date. change delivery place .change payment option etc.now you need to cancel and again do the same process.Why don't you think about adding Meat products also. Like Buffalo (speciality cuts like Tenderloin ribs.etc eg Lulu) Duck. Chicken.Quills.Pork ( Especially different cuts ) Mutton. Turkey. Etc why not hygenic Dry fishes.Marinated fish..pickles. .
Customer service is poor.They are not ready to extend their delivery location not even by 1km (evenif the place is under same pincode). They can come to a particular place and not ready to extend 1 more km.What kind of service is this??? Uninstalling the app and one star rating ....(i am staying 6km away from east fort trivandrum which is the heart of the city.so please dont talk about city limits......)
Was working fine till recently, but now whenever I try to place an order, it asks me to update my address since the location does not match the address. I have literally tried all variations of my address and nothing works. I mailed the customer service and got no reply. I haven't been able to place an order for few weeks now.. So disappointing. Edit: They contacted me and resolved the issue immediately. Great customer service! 👍
Wallet points got disappeared!!!!! The service is fine. The App looks good, but LOT OF DIFFICULTIES in getting CONNECTED. Appart from that, I got a referral money of ₹ 200 as points in my wallet at the time of installing the app. I have used 100 points for purchase. But now I couldn't see the remaining 100 points in my daily fish wallet. Again the prices are not in par with the outlet prices. Agree that there will be a difference in the prices to cover up the expenses for hosting the app and for backoffice works, but its really costlier
opted for card on delivery option. delivery guy calls at the last moment and says I need to pay cash. at least need to let the customer know a few hours prior that their swipe card machines aren't working. Sad service
Cannot order I have previously ordered different fishes 2-3 times but now i am not able to confirm the same old address i used to provide. A validation says 'Your chosen address doesnot match with the location selected, kindly validate city/location' and i am not able to proceed further. Kindly let me know how to proceed further
