Terrible Customer Service and Fees Never received first deposit of $40. Email 6 days later stating the deposit account was invalid. Refunded customer after a week and used BofA instead. Low and behold a miracle happened! They were able to successfully withdraw $25+$2.67 (swipe fee) from the same account they said couldn't be deposited to! So, to process a full refund, it has cost $27.67 in fees! Customer service? What a joke.. Just refund the fees already. BUYER BEWARE: use Square, PayPal, or a real banking merchant account.

It works great for me! I seldom have issues and I use this app all day, 5 days a week. When I do run info any issues, customer service is ALWAYS friendly and helpful getting it resolved quickly. All of my co-workers use square. I have no issue with square but payanywhere is less per swipe. My money is deposited next day with no issues. I have never had issue with owing money, hidden fees, service charges, etc. Money has never been taken out of my account. It's a good service to me & I'm happy with it.

AVOID AT ALL COST They randomly close my account without giving any notification and when I call to ask about it, I'm told it was a "business decision" with no explanation. Then was told I'm welcome to try other mobile card reader companies. What a joke of a business. I hope nobody ever uses this service for anything ever.
