This company has created such an hardship for us that we are seeking legal action. Customer comes in, makes a purchase, transaction goes through, customer walks out with merchandise. Four weeks later we have not received our funds from PayAnywhere. Continual runaround, no return calls and when I attempted to refund my customer so they can pay with check, they closed my account!
This is my first review of any software in the play store app. This company, pay anywhere mobile, has been a bigger burden to business than I could have imagined. I'm so upset I'm shaking. They've withheld a $6000 payment on the balance due for a construction project for over two weeks. I can't fill payroll and pay anywhere mobile has my company in such a vulnerable position that I lose sleep. I'm wondering how to cope with the predicament this company has caused me, my company, and my family. I stand by this statement because it's entirely true and factual. They've told me it will be up to a month when the package promises next day funding... We only made the mistake of conducting business with this company to secure next day funding to ensure payroll... What happens when one of my employees gets upset about not getting paid? The answer is we are vulnerable to bankruptcy, one employee files litigation right now, our hard earned business folds with people leaving as see facto slaves because of pay anywhere mobile. Horrible they accepted my bank information to open the account then after several transactions they stopped payment on $1,800.00 and asked for contracts between myself and client.... after I sent this they said my bank wasn't sufficient... since when...??? Then there customer service was horrible... I still don't have the money
I've been using this method of payment for a while and I'm pretty satisfied not a single problem and I always get my money in my bank with in 1-3 business days. It is so easy to use and I can add information for my record
