I've been using this for over a year now. For me and my small business it has been wonderful. When I had problems with the old swiper, they sent me the new Bluetooth one no questions asked. Works perfect for me. The only time I notice a glitch is when the app needs updated, I dont set my phone for automatic by choice.
American Express 4 digit security codes cannot be entered. After one of the recent updates, manually entering the 4 digit security code is prevented due to the 3 digit cutoff. It used to allow 4 digit for the CSV number if you entered an American Express card. PLEASE fix this. I use it for work and this is very inconvenient.
The app was better before the recent update. Now, I've lost the ability to insert Notes on a receipt. This was where I would include the customer's invoice/purchase number and description of what was purchased. How useful is a receipt if it only has a dollar amount and no description of what was purchased?
Poor customer service don't bother there are plenty of others out there
