Ratings and reviews

Loving Discovery Bank! Signing up for the account was easy, and the app is easy to use and well structured. The UI is easy to navigate, and everything is displayed very neatly and organised. The only reason for the 4 stars is that previously, the financial advisor would easily allow you to edit multiple transactions into the same category and automatically detect transactions with the same description. Now, you have to edit each transaction individually. Please bring back that feature.

Great features and extremely powerful. You can pretty much do everything from the app. The most frustrating bug is that it often logs you out midway through a transaction if you navigate away. This is immensely irritating if you are trying to pay someone and have to navigate to another app like Whatsapp to copy an account number only to be logged out of banking.....meaning you have to o through the entire, and painfully secure, login process again. Other than that, it's great.

I was not able to add a beneficiary on the online banking website, I could only do it on my phone app. If it was available on the website it was not very visible. I was forced to add the beneficiary on my phone app. Not very userfriendly when you have to make multiple payments because the ph screen is small and I have all my info on my laptop. it will be a good enhancement to your platform.
