It was a rough start but things are working much better now so I have increased to three stars. The card controls are confusing. Each type is labeled with the word "Allow" with all of the switches defaulted to the left giving the appearance that nothing is allowed. When you slide them to the right they turn green with no change of the wording. Regardless of the switch positions when saved, it states, "Transaction Type Enabled." Logically, the switches should default to green to indicate allowed.

I just installed the "improved" app to deposit checks. The camera is super finicky. Keeps closing without capturing the check image. I was finally able to deposit one check after multiple attempts but have given up on the second check. I'll have to go by a branch until the app is fixed because I'm ready to throw the phone at a wall. UPDATE: I went to a branch to learn they no longer process transactions for customers. We either use the ATM or unfriendly to Android app. They know it is an issue.

After downloading the new app, I still have not been authorized to log in as the 2-step verification process is not working and does not accept the code sent to my phone. The message each time says to restart and try again. After 8 attempts...still no access. Also, my phone number for the verification process shows up twice and it does not indicate which one to select for a call or text, forcing me to take a wild guess! I can't leave the sign-in screen without having to enter all my info again!
