To use the NSSB app, you must be enrolled as a North Salem State Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Why did you mess up my app? it worked perfectly fine, and I never had a problem until you updated it. Now I can't even log in half the time without going to my computer and clicking on my email, then going back to my phone and clicking on a text message...

Slow to update and keep accounts current. This app is never current. I have other accounts that keep an up to date usage 24/7. This often doesn't update throughout the week and hardly ever over the wknd.

This app is convenient because we have 2 accounts linked and it makes it so easy to make transfers from one account to another. Also our local NSSB branch recently closed 😥 but we can at least scan checks into our account without having to drive over 30 minutes to the closest branch
