I hate my bank so much but it is a nightmare to change banks nowadays when every bill you pay is attached to the debit card. Normally, you would not have to be in constant communication with your bank to access your money but not with the bank and trust! No, they take security very seriously so if you have a doctor's appointment out of town you better make sure you let them know first so they can ALLOW you to spend YOUR money. If this institution was a person it would probably have been murdered

having a very difficult time logging in. it is telling me my info is wrong/doesn't match what they have on file, even though i putting in info that was given directly to me from bank and trust.

The Bank & Trust has been excellent to us. We have banked with other banks and none were as personable as the Bank & Trust. They have been calling us by name since the first experience with them, even out in the community. They are always smiling and friendly. It makes it pleasant to bank there.
