I have been trying forever to get text messages on my phone whenever the card is used, cannot be done. Have spent hours on the phone on hold to get help and they tell me the system is down can't be done at this time. How much time is it going to take to correct this problem. Ever since TIB has took this over there has been a problem.

Getting warnings not to enter my password because it's using HTTP, not HTTPS, and therefore not encrypted. This used to be the only way to access this card online since the website never works. Guess I'll call to pay?
