Pay, save and control your money with the DOTS App, banking that gets straight to the point.

Becoming a Dotter is fast and intuitive:
● You register in minutes and without sending paper documents.
● You have a digital card available that you can manage with the DOTS App for your purchases, online or in stores with Google Pay. If you are used to withdrawing, after registering, you can also ask for the exclusive DOTS physical card, made up of up to 90% PLA, a material of plant origin.
● Not an adult yet? Remember that you can become a Dotter after you turn 12, so you can begin to familiarize yourself with money management, your first pocket money and going out with friends.

Here's what you can do with your money with the DOTS App:

● SPEND IT
Whether it's tuition fees, bills or fines, with DOTS you put an end to cash payments (and queues!) by paying from your smartphone! Make wire transfers in the European Union, spend in-store with Google Pay, exchange money with other Dotters, charge subscriptions such as streaming platforms, pay bills, pagoPA and CBILL. Furthermore, you can also domicile the utilities or installments, such as those of the moped.

● WITHDRAW THEM
Are you used to withdraw? With the physical DOTS card you can withdraw from many branches in Italy and around the world or pay by card in the shop, even in contactless mode. DOTS physical paper is made of up to 90% PLA, a material of plant origin. Out of respect for the environment and in line with DOTS' sustainable choices, the envelope and accompanying letter that you will receive with the physical card have also been made from recycled paper. With the contribution of all of us, the world will be a little greener!

● SEND/RECEIVE THEM
Invite those you know to become a Dotter: with the send/receive money function, you just need a tap to pass the money or share the entire holiday among friends.

● SAVE THEM
With DOTS you can set aside money periodically, by paying manually or by asking for an external contribution. In addition, with the piggy bank you can set aside a few coins for each expense. If you are a Dotter Top, you also create Projects: perfect if you have wishes to make come true!

● CHECK THEM
Don't wonder where your money has gone. With DOTS you have more control over your money: income and expenses are automatically categorized and displayed in the Trends that you can consult whenever you want, such as the account statement and the average balance. The Wise Balance helps you make ends meet without being broke and maybe allowing yourself a few more whims.

● RECHARGE
You can top up by bank transfer, with another payment card of yours or by asking a Dotter for money. Do you mind reloading? If you have a salary you can always have it credited directly to DOTS!

● BLOCK THEM
You can pause your DOTS Card directly in the App: just move the switch from 'Activated' to 'Paused' and vice versa. Not only that, in DOTS, with the identical switch system, you can also decide to activate or deactivate individual functions: online purchases, payments in stores and cash withdrawals.

● DONATE THEM
With DOTS you can make a difference: support associations, organizations or cooperatives that are concretely committed through the 'Donate with DOTS' function. Find out more at dots.it/donacondots

● THE COMMITMENT TO SAFETY: A FIXED POINT
Access DOTS with your fingerprint or your best smile. Alternatively username and password will still be fine. And on many online purchases, Mastercard's 3D Secure Code offers an extra level of security.

L'app e la carta ormai non funzionano da oltre sei giorni. Trovo semplicemente vergognosa la gestione di questo problema, a partire dalla comunicazione (inesistente). Mi auguro inoltre siano previsti risarcimenti economici di importante entità. Probabilmente chiuderò il conto, ci sono banche che danno molto di più gratuitamente e non hanno di questi problemi

Per ora non ho ancora ricevuto la scelta della gift card, ma non appena la riceverò modificherò la recensione. P.s ci avete messo troppo ad accettarmi XD (ironia, ovviamente)
