the app 'works' well enough, haven't had issues. however, the UX is rather poor. does not have a main menu which would make navigation better (not so obvious currently - previous version of the app better than this one). can't save a clinic as main/favourite one, need to choose from list each time. going back to web version instead.

App gets a little buggy... especially if you have two medical one branches that you visit. Appointments are easily made but if the appointment is made at the clinic, it doesn't show up here or even get a notification to your email about it. I think that should be integrated together with your profile. It is pointless to have an app that only allows to book and see your current Appointments and not be able to see the edits made at the clinic.

Needs improvement only allows bookings for vaccination not Dr appointment, have to use website to book a doctor. Should also allow you to set your favourite clinic .
