Will littarly take months to "find" your crypto if they have an issue with a transaction. Never seen anything like this. My best guess is that are using the "lost" crypto to make profit off fees from the smart address. Looks like many need to get law enforcement involved to get things resolved.

Worst experience ever I exchanged bcc to btc and transferred it to a btc wallet on 12th Nov 2017. It has been more than 3 days now however I am still waiting for btc to get transferred. Moreover the support team is not responding.
