Ratings and reviews

Unlike other major bank apps like City, Prime does not allow logging in with multiple accounts in one device. For the sake of security (there are lots of alternatives to secure), MyPrime is causing major inconvenience for the clients. I will give 5 stars after the issue has been addressed.

I would like to suggest simplifying the Bank to bKash transfer process. Currently, adding the recipient as a beneficiary is mandatory, which makes one time transfers slower and less convenient. A direct transfer option, similar to EBL, would make the experience much faster and more user friendly. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Not smart app at all. From Malaysia I've been tried already so many times to open an account in this bank. But it's not possible. Need to update system like brac & ucb. Anyone from anywhere can open account by using their online banking app
