I never imagined that an app could be so terribly. I had a Very Bad Experience with This App. I have been scanning my face repeatedly to download my NID card, and although it shows 'OK' when completed, my NID card is not coming through. That's why I'm giving this app a zero. I have to admit that I suffer from using smart technology. I humble request to fix this app. Thank you.

Worst App Experience Ever! I have never used such a terrible app in my life. Even after trying multiple times, I couldn’t verify my NID. The app shows that everything is fine, but the website does not respond at all. I have tried more than 10 times, yet I still couldn’t complete my task. This app is completely unreliable and a waste of time!

After QR code scan, the app auto-reloads every 15 mins, disrupting face verification. If young users struggle, how will elderly complete it? Needs urgent fix. I urge the concerned authorities to update the app and make it easier to use. Currently, there are 4 verification steps, but even if I complete 1 or 2 steps, I have to redo all the steps again if something goes wrong at a later stage. This is very inconvenient. Each completed step should be saved so that we don’t have to repeat it.
