With the app 'First Aid for Imbalance' you are guided step by step in going through the four steps of non-violent or connecting communication: perception, feelings, need and non-violent action (request).

Virtually every experience is accompanied by feelings. Sometimes those emotions are so intense that (flammable) tension arises.
In (internal) conflicts, feelings often come to the fore very strongly, making communication difficult or "wrong".

See what you feel (your emotions) as the "messenger" of what you really need. Discovering your needs makes you more communicative / acting.
