All your 30-minute rides are included.
After each ride, return a bike to one of the more than 300 Velo stations in Antwerp. After 5 minutes, you can borrow a bike again at any Velo station.

The experience of using bikes with the app has been awesome! It's integration with Google Maps (maybe the integration has been evoked by google?, doesn't matter) it's awesome! It just works fine, every time! Some suggestions! - an option to show remaining time to the subscription end + timer to show how much time currently you're on with your current ride (as already on Villo Brussels)

very bad service. If you are a Tourist be aware 🚨🚨🚨. You can ONLY use the bike for 30 minutes. Then you must return it wait 5 minutes before you can take another bike. If you exceed the 30 minutes you will be financially penalised. Except of the small print 🤓🤓. No clear WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I use Velo Cycle Service quite often and generally I am satisfied with the service. The bikes are usually in good condition and the ride experience is smooth. However, one issue I face frequently is finding a place to park the bike at the end of my ride. Many times, I am unable to find an available parking spot near my destination and have to return to the previous location to park the bike. After that, I need to walk back on foot, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. its bad experience.
